Excellent customer service. I purchased a lego set through the website a few months back, and mentioned that it needs to be packed safely for delivery on the order notes (as it was intended to be a gift and I didn't want the box to be damaged on the way). I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the staff, who were very polite and confirmed the special instructions.
I received the parcel promptly and It was packed meticulously as promised, with the box in pristine condition despite the delivery address being 100+km away from Colombo. I recently got to finally gift it and it truly made my loved one's day.
